My entire family loves this place so much! The family who owns this place are just so sweet and so professional. My brother had them cater his wedding - food was incredible!
We go here at least a couple times a month and always choose them for birthday dinner celebrations. They cook everything to order and are really accommodating of dietary restrictions and modifications!
Definitely try to Shrimp ceviche and Shrimp Fajitas. My husband, from Colombia, said this is the best carne asada he's had since being in the United States. -

I get my hair done down the street and my stylist suggested coming here. I can honestly say I probably wouldn't have discovered this spot otherwise and it would've been my loss. I really like this place -- super cute, cozy and very clean. Plus the family owned spot is warm and welcoming.
I ordered the chimichanga (ground beef) to-go and it came with beans and rice, plus chips, salsa and pico de gallo which are complimentary. So freaking tasty! And the icing on the cake was that I didn't feel sleepy or heavy after... which seems like a small thing, but seriously! Amazing food, service, and I don't feel bad after? Yes please.
Don't wait to "be in the area" to check this place out. Make it a priority to head over and get some tasty, authentic Mexican cuisine. -

After reading rave Yelp reviews we decided to make the trek out to Los Tinos. Unfortunately, we didn't think it lived up to the reviews.
We were the only ones in here around 5pm on a Saturday. The place is really bare bones. It doesn't appear a lot of effort was put in to make it warm and inviting. However, since some of the best food comes from less fancy joints, we weren't deterred.
We tried ordering a margarita and a glass of wine. Contrary to the Yelp information, they *do not* have a full bar. They have beer and margartias. That's really it. We settled for a mango margarita and a beer. The margarita was good, but at $9.50, and on the weaker side, it was way overpriced compared to similar Mexican restaurants.
We were treated to chips and salsa. I appreciated that they offered two kinds of salsa: a fresher pico de gallo, and a more standard red salsa. They were okay, but could have definitely used more of a kick. I also wish the chips would have been warmed, as they seemed kind of fresh out of a bag.
We ultimately ordered the carne asada and chicken Mexicano. The carne asada was pretty good. It wasn't overcooked (I requested as rare as possible), and it had a nice charred flavor. It was very tender. The portion was decent for the price. The chicken Mexicana was really disappointing, though. The chicken was dry and there wasn't really any sauce to compensate. It was also on the bland side. We ended up adding our own sauce when we came home.
All in all, I think there are better options for Mexican in the area. -

We absolutely loved everything about this place! There were nice booths to sit in, service was quick and friendly, their mango margarita was large and delicious, and each of us loved our meals! There were reasonable vegetarian options, the Chile Verde was lean & good, the Tortilla Soup was enormous and delicious, and their refried beans aside dish was generously sized, and excellent. Our son loved the spinach enchiladas. Oh, and the two salsa were good too. Mustn't forget, the prices were great also. You won't be sorry, if you give it a try!.

The best Mexican food in Seattle!
Reasonable prices, generous drinks, vegetarian options!
